I want to ensure that our schools maintain their high level of excellence as we continue to face shortfalls in our pension obligations. I want to make sure there are programs in place to address the myriad of emotional issues our children face due to intense societal pressures, as well their anxiety due to schools shootings which have become a routine occurrence. It is of utmost importance to me that we maintain civility on the RTM and use reasoned decision making to do what is best for Fairfield and not what is politically expedient.

I moved to Fairfield with my Family in 2010 because it offered an opportunity for my children to obtain an excellent public education in a place where home values and taxes are modest for the area. While living in Fairfield, I have come to appreciate the value of not only the educational system, but also the services our town offers. Working with people in their homes in our community has given me a great understanding of what the needs of our community are. I will continue to work hard on the RTM to ensure that Fairfield stays fiscally responsible while maintaining our excellent town services.
